Hafnarfjörður Guesthouse provides the perfect service for travelers looking for comfortable, clean and affordable accommodation.  The guesthouse is situated in the picturesque Víðistaðatún, the local outdoor and recreational area. The Víðistaðatún Park also includes a modern sculpture park.

Hafnarfjörður Guesthouse/and camping is located in downtown Hafnarfjörður, in the newly built Hraunbyrgi scout center. Hraunbyrgi accommodates the Hafnarfjörður scouts during the winter season, but in the middle of May the scout-center is transformed into a cozy guesthouse, offering a great location for those who want to enjoy the Icelandic city life, yet stay close to nature. Hafnarfjörður Guesthouse also operates a campground and campers can use all the facilities that the guesthouse offers.

Hafnarfjörður Guesthouse offers the following facilities and services:
10 rooms, a total of 39 beds in 2-6 bedded private rooms. For larger groups we offer a 120 m2 assembly room, which can accommodate up to 40 people on mattresses, as well as access to our large kitchen. We also offer breakfast for groups.
Furthermore, we have a guest kitchen, a dining area, a computer with internet access, a washing machine and a dryer. WC and showers are shared.  

We are located only 12 km from the city centre of Reykjavík and 40 km from the international airport. Swimming pools, bus stop, Flybus, nature and other activities are all nearby. We have free parking and easy access for buses, and we are great for children and families or those who wish to stay in cozy and quiet surroundings. Tour bookings and pick up for day tours/longer tours from the guesthouse upon request.
